Retail refurbishment, March – October / November 2025
Design concept of the refurbished concourse as part of Stage 1, opening in September 2025
Stage 1 involves a significant refurbishment of the space where Fresh Choice used to be. Much of the work is behind-the-scenes, with critical upgrades to infrastructure and essential services with builders accessing the construction space via the loading dock.
More visible is the deconstruction of the old facade wall and a new external wall being built and a new roof put in place.
New seating areas with additional welcoming greenery will also debut as part of the suite of improvements to the mall’s retail experience.
Who Is Moving In?
There will be a mix of existing and new retailers moving into this Stage 1 area of the mall.
Confirmed to date are Unichem, Pop Stop, The Body Shop, Looks Men’s Salon, and Skechers, with more brands to be announced in October.
Mall Access During Construction
The mall remains open during this stage of development. There may be occasional periods of extra noise – but the construction team is working hard to keep this to a minimum.
