Richmond Mall Reimagined will deliver a wider range of stores, national brands not currently in the region and more vibrant hospitality experiences for customers. 

The project is being delivered in two stages over the 2025 and 2026 calendar years.

Stage 1 at the south-east side of the mall started in March 2025 and will be completed in September 2025. Next, the more significant Stage 2 project will commence, with its completion scheduled for the end of 2026. 

The project is led by main contractor Coman Construction. The Coman team is managing everything on site with skill and care, supported by a powerhouse team of subbies who’ve helped bring this project to life.
