REIMAGINED
THROUGH TIME

A Legacy Of Transformation

Nelson-based property investment and management company Tinline Property has owned the Richmond Mall for over 30 years, continuously investing in the mall as customer needs have changed over time.

Richmond Mall Reimagined is a testament to the family-owned company’s ongoing commitment to the region and the mall’s customers.

Previous significant milestones at the mall include the establishment of ‘anchor’ stores PAK’nSAVE (opened 1996), and Farmers (opened 2002), as well as its expansion of the mall’s retail and carpark footprint in the 2000s.

We’re proud of the way the mall has evolved over time with the needs of the region, our tenants and their customers, and it is time for the mall to evolve again into a truly regional shopping destination.
