Help Shape the Future of Richmond Mall

A major revisioning is underway for Richmond Mall, and local voices are being invited to help shape its next chapter. 

The Richmond Mall Reimagined project is a multi-stage transformation aiming to create a vibrant, modern destination for shopping, dining, and community connection. The redevelopment is focused on ensuring the mall meets the evolving needs of its community, now and into the future. 

Whether you’re a regular shopper, local resident or business owner, your input is a key part of guiding what comes next. 

Stage 1 of the redevelopment is nearly complete and is set to open this September. Existing retailers will move into the new space, with a few new brands expected to be announced soon. 

Stage 2 will centre around the PAK’nSAVE side of the mall and bring a mix of new retailers and a fresh food precinct to complement existing dining options. 

To support the planning for Stage 2, Richmond Mall has launched a short online survey to gather feedback from the community. The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and will remain open until midnight on Sunday, 31 August 2025.
